Introduction
Organisational Development – Culture Development explores how organisational culture influences performance, engagement, innovation, and long-term business success. A strong organisational culture aligns values, behaviours, leadership practices, and everyday decision-making with strategic objectives. Organisations that actively develop their culture are better positioned to attract talent, improve collaboration, adapt to change, and deliver sustainable results.
This five-day course provides practical methods for assessing organisational culture, identifying desired cultural behaviours, leading cultural transformation, and embedding positive workplace practices. Through case studies, practical exercises, and organisational diagnostics, participants will learn how to create and sustain a culture that supports high performance and continuous improvement.
